“Grace” is a brand new, powerful one-woman theatre play about human trafficking and how the demand in a sexualised culture leads to the ultimate dehumanisation of the person. It is aimed at students aged 14+ and will be created and produced by Ten Ten Theatre in partnership with TRAC.
Currently in development, the play will help students to explore:
- The issue of modern slavery;
- The problem with pornography;
- The dignity of the human person.
Following the play, there will be an opportunity for a Q&A with the lead actress and Ten Ten may also provide a follow-up study pack depending on how the piece develops.
“Grace” links directly to our RSE Programme by approaching some of the issues from a fresh and mature angle. This production follows Ten Ten’s award-winning production on modern slavery, “This Is My Body” in 2014-16.
